I found that this topic is usually filled with “techno” language that needs a tax specialist for interpretation. However, Mr. Dresner avoids this pitfall with logic and a well defined approach to his topic. Overall, it is an easy read with valued information.

This book offers a lot of good, sensible advice for clergy. Without resorting to any technical jargon, the author makes all the topics easy to read and understandable. The section that is specifically clergy-related goes a long way in clearing up the confusion about the various tax regulations affecting clergy. Overall, I think this book fills a long-overlooked need for a clergy finance reference book.
