It's small, a very straightforward read and surprisingly obvious. I'm embarassed to say that I've fallen victim enought times to this hectic pace our world provides. There is a saying about employing people for attitude, skills can be taught. Give up trying to teach yourself six greek letters or any other methodology or programme in the hope it will make you a better leader, manager or whatever. This book tells you about being a better person. Better person, better attitude, better life (and maybe a better job!). Why not 5 stars? This book is wisdom for a life.
